Old stories tell of how in the early 19th century, an old man and his two sons found gold deposits every time they scooped the earth in Raub. Hence, the town and the district came to be known as "Raub," which means "scoop" in Malay. Like the rest of Pahang, or the country, for that matter, during the durian season, collection centres along the narrow road from Raub to Sg Klau are stocked with baskets and baskets of the fruit. Raub durian is famous. It is great to be in the area during that time. Land Located: SANG LEE TOWN, RAUB PAHANG TENURE : FREEHOLD PRICE PER ACRE : RM 75K PER ACRE Agent Subject Land Title
